ANSWERS
Do you have a catalog?
Because my invitations are custom-created for each couple, it is not feasible for me to create a printed catalog. Click here if you are interested in ordering samples.

Do you work with out-of-state customers?

YES! Artiga has recently filled orders for customers as far away as New York and Hawaii! If you are interested in seeing more of my work, samples can be ordered, or I can create a custom sample for you based on your themes, colors, and preferences. Most ordering communication can be done using email (which is free and fast)! When an order is complete, your invitations or announcements will be mailed to you via certified delivery. Out-of-state customers will be charged for shipping.

When should I order my wedding invitations?

Generally, it is best to look into ordering invitations at least six months before the wedding. Artiga needs orders placed at least 4-6 weeks before your planned mailing date, because some materials need to be ordered well in advance.

How many wedding invitations should I order?

Make sure to order enough for each party on your guest list, plus a few extras for you and your family members to keep. Artiga Design charges a $75 re-print fee for adding extra invitations to the order once it has been placed and is in process.

Can I proofread my invitations or announcements before they are printed?

Yes. Within 1-2 weeks of placing your order, I will create a proof for each invitation or announcement piece, which I will email to you as a .pdf file. You will have the chance to read them over for any final edits or changes. I will not print them until I get the final word from you.

When should I mail my wedding invitations?

Generally, the mailing date is 6 weeks before the wedding. However, if you are getting married during a holiday weekend or have many out-of-town guests, you should send them out 8 weeks prior.

What is an appropriate reply date for my guests?

Reply dates are typically 2-3 weeks before the wedding. Sometimes caterers require an accurate guest count at this time.

When should I order birth announcements?
Birth announcements can be ordered up to 2 months before your due date. Most announcements require some work that can be done before the baby is born. Have a family member call or email me the birth details, and I can have them ready shortly after your baby is born.

I don't know if I'm having a boy or a girl -- how should I choose a design?
Some mothers choose a design that could work for either sex. Others choose two designs -- one for a boy and one for a girl. In that case, have a family memeber call or email me the birth details, and I can have them ready 2 weeks after your baby is born.
